| change them... I'd recommend some Axis Metal Matrix, or something similar... possibly some new rotors... (unless you just want to try using new pads and breaking in the old rotors). Normally, for break in, I do a gradual increase in speed while coming to a complete stop. 25 -> 0 35 -> 0 45 -> 0 55 -> 0 65 -> 0 then I tend to repeat the 65 -> 0 a few times while on the road... come to a hard stop at the stop lights while driving around. Never had a problem braking them in that way... What you don't want to do, is heat them up REAL hot right off the bat... like speeding up to 65 and doing a hard stop, or doing a gradual stop heating the rotors over time and not letting them cool... following the break in procedure is imperitive. Normally something will be included with the rotors or there will be information on the manufacturers website about it.
